1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ja79 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at ja79.net, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment processing facilities.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the ja79 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use ja79.

ja79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policy documents including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the more specific document shall take precedence for its particular subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ja79 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. ja79 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from ja79 or from gambling services generally through any recognised self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a ja79 employee, where participation in real-money gaming could represent a conflict of interest.

ja79 performs identity and age verification checks as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. We may request supporting documentation — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on ja79, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ja79. If you already hold an active ja79 account, you must not create a second account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. ja79 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ja79 support immediately at [email protected]. ja79 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and compliant operations, ja79 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to submit identification documents — such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and approved.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ja79 supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options through institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your ja79 account wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider.
• ja79 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ja79 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source before funds are released for play.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All KYC requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms.
• ja79 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any compliance review.
• ja79 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ja79 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address on the account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support if they wish to reactivate a dormant account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ja79 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. These bonus-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this agreement.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions stated in each individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• ja79 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted and begun wagering a bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion cancellations provided no abuse has occurred.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of multiple offers.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or account.

Bonus Abuse

ja79 monitors account activity to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, ja79 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, forfeit bonus balances, and close the account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ja79, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Opening or operating more than one account on ja79.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, betting markets, or the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Using ja79 accounts or the payment system to launder money or conduct any transaction of an illegal nature.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ja79 staff or other players through the platform's communication tools.
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other players or of ja79 itself without authorisation.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from ja79 without prior written permission.

ja79 reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears to violate these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed, ja79 may take any or all of the following actions: issue a formal warning, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or forfeit associated balances, and refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ja79 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms, provided that all verification requirements have been met. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gambling has become problematic — please inform our support team so that we can apply the appropriate self-exclusion measures and direct you to available support resources. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Closure by ja79

ja79 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate or shared accounts.
• Requests from regulatory, law enforcement, or financial compliance authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (as described in the dormancy policy in Section 4).

Where an account is closed by ja79 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited and will not be returned. In all other cases of platform-initiated closure, genuine real-money balances will be returned to the player after any applicable deductions have been applied and identity verification has been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ja79 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

ja79 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service disruptions, and force majeure events. In the event of a platform outage affecting an active bet or game round, ja79 will make reasonable efforts to honour the outcome or offer a fair resolution in accordance with its operational policies.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ja79 operates. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
